Alcoholic Beverages

Gin/Grapefruit Punch

1-2 Ounces Gin

1/4 Cup Pink Grapefruit Juice

1/2 Cup 7-Up or Sprite

Put ice in a tall highball glass, add gin, grapefruit juice and 7-Up or Sprite, mix well and enjoy!

Sneaky Pete

1 Ounce Rye Whisky

1 Ounce Kahlua Liquer

Cream to Taste

Pour all ingredients over ice and mix well (careful, this one carries a real kick!)

Slush

7 Cups Water

1-1/2 Cups Sugar

1 Large Can Frozen Orange Juice

1 Large Can Frozen Lemonade

1 26oz. Bottle White Rum, Gin or Vodka

Boil water and sugar together until sugar dissolves, let cool.  Add remaining ingredients then pour into an ice cream bucket and freeze.  Scoop into glasses until half full then add Ginger-Ale or 7-Up.

Non-Alcoholic Beverages

Real Iced Tea

1 Litre Strong Tea (Cooled)

1/2 Cup White Sugar (or Sugar to Taste)

Juice of 1 Lemon (or 2Tbsp. Bottled Lemon Juice)

Ice

Mix tea, sugar and lemon juice well, serve over ice with lemon slices for garnish if desired.
